ShopCommand
I built ShopCommand while running TikTok Shop operations myself: outsourcing creators and editors across multiple time zones, coordinating all of it through spreadsheets, Notion, and group chats that constantly buried the one message I actually needed. So I built a single dashboard instead. Creators and VAs get their daily assignments in it, and I get a real time view of live product testing stats. I built it for my own operation first. Now other TikTok Shop and Ecommerce managers run theirs on it too.
